Stubborn to the End
“I can’t believe it! Where could it be?” Jack tore through the sofa, throwing cushions over his shoulders as he searched for his car keys. His search started ten minutes earlier when his wife reminded him they had to meet her parents for dinner.
Patty stood off to the side with her arms crossed. She tried several times to help him, but his stubbornness took over and he’d been raging like a tornado since. She guessed she should be pleased he actually liked her parents. She quietly wondered how long before he’d listen that she had the keys all along.
