Smiling, he started to stand when a hand clamped over his shoulder.
“Where you going, buddy?”
Jack glanced at Phil, then nodded toward the woman. “To meet someone. That’s why you brought me here, isn’t it?”
Phil looked to where Jack indicated and shook his head. “Man, she’s a cougar. She’ll spit you out when she’s done. Don’t you want something more stable?”
Jack shook his head. “I had stable for three years. Now she’s stable with the pool boy.”
