“Now listen, boy. This is something you’re going to need to know.”
“Okay, Dad.” Eric answered as his dad attempted to explain how to change the oil in the car for the umpteenth time that morning.
Eric shrugged. “I guess so.”
“Come here. Nothing better than learning it first hand.”
His dad slid over and Eric crawled under the front of the car.
“Okay, now take this and remove the pug.”
Eric took the screwdriver, but when he tried, he slipped and stabbed into the oil pan. “Should I tell mom?”
“First rule of mechanics: never tell your mother.”
