One of the blessings of being writers in this day and age is social media and the easy ability to find information with a few clicks on the keyboard or pad. The funny thing is, that can also lead to some interesting things as well.
A perfect example are the “How to write” blogs. While they all share some important and fantastic information, they can also share thoughts and opinions as facts. There’s nothing wrong with that, as we all have our own line of thought on different topics. It’s up to each of us to take in what we see and test it to see if it works for us. Not everything works for everyone.
With that in mind, have you ever noticed how when so many refer to “What readers want,” they’re actually saying what they personally want?
