Janet rolled her eyes at the one-sided conversation behind her. Of all the places for someone to talk business on their phone, they had to do it in the library when she was studying.
Gritting her teeth, she tried to focus on her paper and the equation she’d been wrestling with for the last few minutes.
“’Damn, man. Just send it already!”
She threw her pencil down, stood, swiveled, and grabbed the cell phone in a single motion and threw it. “You can talk over there.”
