Burns Go Deep
Paul tossed a few charred pieces aside. So far, he’d found everything but what he needed. Pictures, trinkets, and other assorted family heirlooms weren’t a concern for him. They only served to prolong his agony of enduring the heat still emanating from the wreckage.
While this wasn’t the first time he’d burned down a building, it marked the first time he did so to kill others.
Not others. They weren’t human.
