“Come on, you piece of shit!” The car engine continued to grind as Nicolas tightened his grip on the keys, refusing to give in so easily. After a few seconds, he stopped and smacked the wheel. “Damn it!”
Sighing, he opened the door and got out. He shoved his hands into his pockets against the cold and kicked the car door for good measure. Muffled grunts and bangs from the trunk answered him.
“Shut up, Dietrich! If you just paid your freaking debts, I wouldn’t be stuck with you and this piece of shit in the middle of freaking winter.”
